No cancelations are allowed for translation, transcription, editing, proofreading, or content writing after the job is booked as we assign one of our professionals to begin working right away.

Our teachers prepare lesson plans and set aside their time for each class booked. Please understand that canceling or rescheduling a class less than 48 hours before the time booked will be charged the full quoted amount for that class.

All rate quotes for jobs have a 48-hour expiration time. If a job is not booked before then, we reserve the right to adjust our rate as needed.

Any jobs or time booked with less than 48 hours notice is subject to an expedite fee depending on the job.
